Am I the only one that can’t/won’t drink enough water?
Sixteen ounces of coffee? No problem. But put a cup of water in front of me and it will take me all day. {Now you know why I listed drink water minimum for 30 days on my 101 in 1001 – yes I actually consider that a chanllenge for me.}
I know how important water is – helps your body clear toxins, keeps you hydrated, clears up your skin – but for some reason I could never drink enough.
That was until I bought this.
Why a clear insulated cup and top with a plastic straw makes me want to drink more, I’ll never know. But now I’m drinking my 72 ounces of water {that’s three glasses, people} without any problem.
Do you have any tips to drink more water? You know, just in case I flake out in a few days.

You should add lemon or lime, or cucumber and mint to your water! I do it all the time and love it. Adds flavor and vitamins without harming any nutritional gain.
So you’re saying add Sprite? 😉 I love lemon and lime, I just never remember to buy it at the store. I’ll have to try cucumber and mint!!
Well you’re right… use carbonated water and you would definitely have a sprite like drink 🙂 hehe And I love using mint! Lime and mint is a good combo too,
