Three months ago, we signed lots of papers and bought our first house!

We’ve been living in the house for about half of that time, and so far in this home we’ve hosted our first overnight guest, had friends over for low-key dinners, and survived my first flu/virus. Thankfully, not all at the same time. 🙂

When we walked through the house for the first time, we had been searching for about eight months, and the day before, our third offer had fallen through.

There was alot of work that needed to be done, (the listing said it was in need of “TLC”, ha!) but there was potential, and we loved that we could make the space our own!

We’ve still got a big to do list (that may or may not have grown by replacing a water heater today), but have checked off some of the larger projects and have a couple of more coming up!

We’re grateful for the Lord’s provision and are excited to continue settling in!
